If you live in the Santa Rosa Beach area, then chances are you know about the 30A Songwriters Festival! It has been a highlight of the year for the last 9 years…and this year makes the 10th! Each year has been wonderful, but this year appears to be one you just don’t want to miss.
For those who aren’t native to this beautiful area…. If you are looking for something amazing to do over the MLK weekend, look no further!
The festival kicks off Friday, January 18th and lasts until Monday, January 21st. More than 200 original artists will perform at 25 different venues. The headliners have been announced! Jason Isbell, Brandi Carlile, and Felix Cavaliere’s Rascals (with his Full Band). But you don’t have to pick just one! You can travel between the venues and watch multiple artists with ONE wristband! Each venue is different and that is all part of the experience!

This is a great event for adults and families! It’s also supporting a great cause. The festival is a huge part of the funding for the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County (CAA). The CAA is a non-profit that distributes funds to help support the arts. They help provide student scholarships, college scholarships, grants to teachers and schools, and grants for artists to continue their education. These grants make it possible for schools that lack funds to have art, music, and performing arts programs.
