Top MLM Earner versus Average Earner?

MLM Top Earner versus Average Earner? Here are a few things we believe separates the top earners from the average earners. You can make a good living in MLM if you are good at it, and work hard at it. However, to become a top earner, you have to not just “work in the business.” You also have to “work on the business.” Working in it means you are doing the activity —– selling products and recruiting. The MLM Top Earners are constantly doing this. Working on your business means you are creating a positive atmosphere for your team, developing leaders, building new relationships, solving problems, looking for opportunities to grow. Also don’t forget to work on yourself.

KEEP CLIMBING

We believe in order to become a MLM Top Earner you must keep climbing. We all take the stairs and climb up to floors of different levels of income. Some people get off on the first floor at $500 a month. Some keep climbing to the second floor- $1,000 a month by staying consistent with selling and recruiting. Some keep climbing to the third floor- $5,000 a month. Some climb to $10,000 a month. Some to $20,000. Some to $50,000. Eventually, just about everyone “stops climbing.” So at some point, these people stopped doing what got them to this point. When they stop doing it, their team follows their example and they stop doing it also. That is why we always need to keep climbing, so we can lead by example. Your team will do what they see, not what you say.

The key to becoming a MLM Top Earner is to identify your rising stars, and pouring your time into their development. You can only handle doing this with 1-3 people at a time. Your goal is to help them master selling and recruiting, and developing them into a leader. Once they have become a leader, then the final step is to teach them how to identify their rising stars and mentor them in the same way. You want to create a leader factory. If you help enough people get what they want, you will get all that you want and more.

Treat Your Business like a Business

Treat it like a business and it will pay you like a business. Treat it like a hobby, and it will cost you like a hobby. Too many times, people don’t treat their MLM like a real business. To most, it is something they want to try out to see if they can make a little extra money, which is ok. If you want to become a MLM Top Earner you must treat it like a real business. You get out of it what you put into it. If you give it 10% you can’t get mad and say the business doesn’t work. It works, if you work it.
